Every Luna piece is made to order—crafted slowly, with intention.

We take 8–10 days to ship your garment because we don’t believe in rushing what’s made by hand. To avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste, we begin making your piece only once your order is placed. From weaving to embroidery, each step is carried out by local artisans, not machines.

We know it’s not instant—but that’s the beauty of it.

By waiting, you're not just receiving a garment, you're supporting skilled hands, age-old techniques, and a slower, more thoughtful way of dressing.

 Returns & Exchanges

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At Luna, we ensure each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since our garments are made-to-order, we do not accept returns at this time. 

However, we’re happy to offer exchanges in the following situations:

✔ Size Issue – If the fit isn’t right
 ✔ Damaged Product – If the item arrives with a genuine defect.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Email us at info@lunaonyou.com with your order details

  • Attach clear photos of the issue so we can assist you better

  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached

 

 

Note: All Luna garments are made using handwoven Kala cotton and natural dyes. This means slight variations in texture or color may occur. These are not flaws—they’re part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

There is no return or exchange on sale item.
